Payment Policy – Eternal Orchids
At Eternal Orchids, we are committed to maintaining a safe, genuine, and spam-free community for all our members. To support this, we collect a one-time payment of ₹199 at the time of registration.
1. Nature of the Payment
The payment is a one-time, non-recurring fee.
Once paid, members will have lifetime access to the Eternal Orchids community and its features.
The fee is applied per account and is not transferable between users.
2. Purpose of the Fee
To discourage spam, fake, and duplicate accounts.
To ensure members are genuine and committed to engaging meaningfully.
To support the maintenance, moderation, and continuous improvement of the platform.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
The membership fee of ₹199 is non-refundable.
Refunds will only be considered in cases of duplicate transactions or technical errors during payment processing.
Requests for refunds must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction with valid proof.
4. Payment Methods
Payments can be made via our secure payment gateway partners (UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, or wallets as available).
Eternal Orchids does not store any payment credentials (such as card details, UPI IDs, or bank information) on its servers. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.
5. Confirmation of Payment
Upon successful payment, users will receive a payment confirmation email at their registered email address.
In case confirmation is not received within 24 hours, users are requested to contact our support team.
6. Disputes & Support

We will respond and assist within a reasonable timeframe.
7. Changes to Payment Policy
Eternal Orchids reserves the right to revise or update this Payment Policy as needed. Any changes will be updated on this page with the effective date clearly mentioned.
